Louisiana’s Ragin’ Cajun softball team is down, one spot, to number eleven, in the second college softball ratings percentage index (RPI) rankings, was released by the NCAA on Monday.

Louisiana won two of their three games last week, sweeping Sun Belt Conference doubleheader from Georgia Southern on Saturday, before falling to the Eagles on Sunday.

The Cajuns are currently 37-7, overall, and 18-2 in conference play.

This week, Louisiana closes out their 2016 regular season schedule, playing host to the ULM Warhawks in a Sun Belt Conference series on Saturday and Sunday.

Florida tops the RPI rankings again this week. followed by Michigan, Oklahoma, Alabama, and Florida St. in the top five.

Oregon is ranked sixth, followed by Auburn, Washington, James Madison, and Missouri at 6-10, respectively.

The second ten this week consists of Louisiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Baylor, and UCLA in spots 11-15, with LSU, Fresno St., Texas A&M, Georgia, and USF in the 16-20 positions.

Finally, at 21-25 this week, it’s Arizona, Minnesota, Oregon St., FAU, and Utah.

In the Sun Belt Conference, Louisiana ranks first, followed by South Alabama (45), Texas St. (49), Georgia St. (60), Troy (61), UT-Arlington (73), Georgia Southern (91), ULM (176), and Appalachian St. (224).
