UL Men’s Basketball Battles North Texas

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun men's basketball team wraps-up their 2011-2012 road schedule on Saturday afternoon, when coach Bob Marlin's squad travels to Denton, Texas to take on the North Texas Mean Green in Sun Belt Conference action.

Louisiana will be looking to rebound from a 77-52 setback at Denver on Thursday night, while North Texas is coming off of an 86-51 win over ULM.

The Cajuns are led by senior Josh Brown, who is averaging 10.5 points-per-game, while The Mean Green is paced by freshman forward Tony Mitchell, who is scoring 16.1 points a contest.

UL is 15-13 overall, and 9-5 in Sun Belt Conference play, while North Texas stands at 15-11 overall, and 8-5 in league play.

Tip-off time is scheduled for 3:35 pm.
