UL Golf Team Set for Regionals

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns golf team is in Greensboro, NC for the NCAA Regionals beginning Thursday at the Grandover Resort East Course.

The regional appearance is the first team appearance for the Cajuns in five years.

But seniors Phillipp Fendt and Andrew Noto have both appeared in regionals before in individual play.

Fourteen teams will be participating, including two teams ranked in the top ten:  #5 Auburn and #9 UNLV.

The tournament consists of three rounds, scheduled for three days.
