UL Basketball To Take On Oral Roberts In Las Vegas

Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns men's basketball team knows who they will be playing in at least one of their games in the MGM Grand Main Event in Las Vegas, Nevada this year.

Coach Bob Marlin's squad will take on Oral Roberts in the semifinals on Monday, November 24, before facing either Milwaukee or a team to be determined in their second game on Wednesday, November 26 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena.

The MGM Grand Main Event is a new tournament featuring two four-team brackets, with Louisiana in the "Middleweight Bracket" along with ORU, Milwaukee and that unnamed team.

In association with the MGM Grand Main Event, Louisiana will play two games prior to heading to Las Vegas, with road game Tulsa on November 17, and Auburn on November 21.

The Cajuns finished 23-12 in 2013-2014, including a Sun Belt Conference Tournament title, and a trip to an NCAA Regional.
