The Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns have added two players from LSU-Eunice to their college baseball signing class.

Infielder Mason Templet and pitcher Austin Bradford have each inked a National Letter of Intent for the 2019 season.

Templet, who played his high school baseball at St. Thomas More, helped lead the Cougars to state titles in 2014 and 2015, while twice being named a Perfect Game and Max Preps All-American.

As a senior at STM, Templet hit .455, to go along with nine home runs, 40 runs scored, 27 runs batted in, and a .571 on-base percentage.

For his efforts, Templet was named the 2016 Louisiana Player of the Year.

After one season at LSU, in which he appeared in five games as a freshman, Templet transferred to LSUE, where he helped guide the Bengals to the 2018 NJCAA Division II World Series Championship Series, hitting a .394 with 25 doubles, three triples, seven homers, and 69 RBI's, while also stealing 22 bases.

Bradford, who prepped at Franklington High School, is a 6-4 right-handed pitcher, who went 5-0 record with a 4.15 ERA for LSUE this season.

In 43.1 innings of work, Bradford, who appeared in all but one game out of the bullpen, held opposing hitters to a .213 average, while recording 54 strikeouts.
