UL Athletic Director Scott Farmer Talks Stipends, Realignment & More [Audio]

On the Wednesday edition of "Bird's Eye View" UL Athletic Director Scott Farmer talked with Jay Walker about the New NCAA "Cost of Attendance" stipend and what it could mean to the Ragin' Cajuns.

He also talked about the Athletic Foundation, gave an update of facilities construction and also addressed possible conference realignment.

The press release Farmer teases at the end of the interview was released yesterday afternoon, with news of academic success.

Ragin’ Cajuns student-athletes accomplished unprecedented success in the classroom during the recent Fall 2014 semester, combining to achieve a semester grade point average of 3.056 – the highest semester GPA in recorded school history.
