Former Tiger cornerback and Heisman Trophy candidate Tyrann Mathieu (pictured left) will re-enroll at LSU tomorrow.

Mathieu will not be eligible to play football this season due to multiple failed drug tests which called for an automatic dismissal from the team back on August 10th.

After his dismissal, Tyrann enrolled in the Right Step recovery program in Houston where he was mentored by former NBA player John Lucas.

After LSU's original statement that Mathieu was "permanently ineligible" to play football for the Tigers again, schools officials have declined to speculate on Tyrann's eligibility beyond this school year.

Mathieu visited both Nicholls State and McNeese State, but decided against enrolling and remained in rehab. He will be eligible to enter the 2013 NFL draft in April.
