The Ragin' Cajuns and the Jags of South Alabama played a solid series of baseball, but Tony Robichaux's squad ended up on the short end of the stick.

Robichaux's group of guys are familiar with the ups and downs of a collegiate baseball season at this point, but unfortunately their position and conference dictates they must most likely run the table in the conference tournament to earn a bid in postseason play. They sit at 31-19 on the year, but four games remain on the schedule. Robichaux is just like any other coach with games left on the schedule. Time to take them one at a time.

In his weekly meeting with the media, the skipper of Cajun Baseball spoke honestly about the shortcomings against South Al., the need for the bottom of the lineup to step up and the upcoming slate in Thibodaux and Monroe.

As always, there are a few stories, a couple jokes and a lot of knowledge in Robichaux's presser.
