This Sunday, November 5th we turn back our clocks one hour, as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end for most of the United States.

To remember which way your clocks go, we often use the expression, "Spring forward, fall back."

Or as many of my friends call it -- "I get an extra hour of sleep!"

With the time change, it's always a good reminder to change the batteries in smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in your house.
