Below, watch Detroit Tigers outfielder Tyler Collins misplay a fly ball, and then extend his middle finger to the home crowd, after they booed him.

In the sixth inning of Detroit's 7-3 win over the A's on Monday night, Oakland's Marcus Semien lifted a fly ball that Collins lost in the lights, as the ball dropped in for a double.

To make matters worse, left-fielder Justin Upton couldn't pick up the ball cleanly, and Semien went to third on an error.

As the boos came out from the crowd, Collins, in frustration, waved the middle finger at the fans, angering them even more.

Collins, aware of his huge mistake, apologized after the game.
