Tigers Fall To Razorbacks, 2-0

The Arkansas Razorbacks defeated the 15th-ranked LSU Tigers, 2-0, on Friday evening, in the opener of their weekend, SEC series.  Bill Franques, of lsusports.net, has the story, below.

LSU freshman right-hander Kurt McCune limited No. 18 Arkansas to just one earned run in 7.2 innings Friday night, but three Razorback pitchers combined to shut out the 15th-ranked Tigers, 2-0, in Baum Stadium.

Arkansas improved to 21-8 overall, 4-7 in SEC play with the win. LSU dropped to 21-9 and 3-7.
