Tiger To Tee Up This Week

 Tiger Woods announced on his twitter account yesterday that he will make his return to the links at the Bridgestone Invitational next Thursday. Much has happened in the 11 weeks Tiger took off the tour, including firing his longtime caddie.

The Golf Channel reported yesterday that Woods' childhood friend Byron Bell will serve as his caddie for Bridgestone next week. The 11 week layoff is the third longest of his golfing career.
