In addition to Georgia State's 77-70 win over Louisiana in the Sun Belt last night, three other games were played.

UT ARLINGTON 59, TROY 56-- Reger Dowell missed two weeks with a bruised thigh.  The Sun Belt's leading scorer is back and made his presence known Thursday night.  Dowell hit a pair of three point baskets in the final 29 seconds to lead UT Arlington (8-10, 3-3 Sun Belt) to a 59-56 home win over Troy (7-12, 2-5).

Dowell hit a triple with 29 seconds to go to put UTA up 56-53.  Troy guard Hunter WIlliams answered with a three of his own to tie and Dowell struck again with five seconds left.  Williams missed a three at the buzzer.

WESTERN KENTUCKY 69, UL MONROE  51-- T. J. Price hit on seven three-pointers to lead Western Kentucky (12-7, 4-2) to a 69-51 win over ULM at Fant-Ewing Coliseum.  WKU led by five at halftime.  Price was the only double figure scorer for the Hilltoppers with 27 points.  He had a double double, adding ten rebounds.
Tyler Ongwae and Amos Olatayo both scored in double figures for the Warhawks (6-8, 3-3).
UALR 69, TEXAS STATE 64--Seven players scored in double figures between the two teams as UALR (10-9, 5-2) pulled away down the stretch to defeat Texas State (5-14, 1-5).  WIll Neighbour scored 21 points, while DeVonte Smith added 17 and Gus Leeper eleven.
Emani Grant scored 16 to lead Texas State with 16 points.  Reid Koenen scored 13 with Joel Wright and Corey Stern added ten points each. 
UALR broke open a tight game with a 12-3 run to go up by nine with just under three minutes left.
