Three LSU Pitchers Taken On Day Two Of MLB Draft

Three pitchers from the LSU Tigers were taken on the second day of the 2011 MLB First-Year Player Draft, on Tuesday.

LSU senior right-hander Ben Alsup was selected by the Rockies

Lsusports.net is reporting that junior right-hander Tyler Jones was selected in the 11th round by the Minnesoata Twins .

Meanwhile, junior right-hander Matty Ott was taken in the 13th round by the Boston Red Sox, and senior right-hander Ben Alsup was scooped-up in the 18th round by the Colorado Rockies.
