Another team is going to get bowl eligible this week in the Sun Belt Conference as two teams with five wins each square off in Mobile.  Meanwhile, one of the league's hottest teams heads to a place where the home team hasn't lost all season...and an in-state matchup features two schools that aren't on each others' Christmas card list.

APPALACHIAN STATE (4-5, 3-2) AT ARKANSAS STATE (6-3, 4-1)(-14.5)  Saturday 2pm, ESPN3--50% chance of rain/snow  High 39---In their last four games, the Mountaineers have averaged 44 points per game and, as a result, they're on a bit of a streak heading to Jonesboro.  But the Red Wolves have averaged 45 over their last four games.  If the two offenses are clicking this could be fun.  Keep an eye on mother nature in this one.  Arkansas State is the only team in the league that is undefeated at home.

GEORGIA SOUTHERN (8-2) at NAVY (4-5)(-3)  Saturday, 2:30, CBS College Sports--Sunny High 44--The way these teams like to run the football, this game could be well under three hours, even with the longer TV breaks.  The Eagles have won seven straight as they play their final non-conference game of the season.  Navy will be favored in its final two games against South Alabama and Army, but they'd rather not have to wait until the second weekend in December to see if they're going to a bowl.

TROY (2-8, 2-4) AT IDAHO (1-8, 1-5)(-5)  Saturday, 4pm, ESPN 2--Game indoors--Troy won last week.  That means if they win this week, it's a winning streak.  The Vandals, however, are the favorite in a game between two teams that are pretty even, (lack of) talent wise.  The Vandals are trying to get just their second win of the year.  Both teams are looking at their seasons and saying "Thank God for Georgia State."

LOUISIANA (6-3, 5-0)(-7) AT UL MONROE (3-6, 2-3) Saturday, 6pm, ESPN3- Partly Cloudy, High 52--Two teams streaking in opposite directions square off at Malone Stadium in a renewal of the in-state rivalry.  ULM has lost five straight and the last three have been in heartbreaking fashion.  The Cajuns, meanwhile, have won five in a row and they've done it in different ways, scoring 55 against Arkansas State and just 19 against South Alabama.  Cajuns have been very stingy against the run in league play with exception of the ASU game.  Cajuns have never been 6-0 in Sun Belt play.  ULM hasn't won against the Cajuns in Monroe since 2004.

TEXAS STATE (5-4, 3-2) AT SOUTH ALABAMA (5-4, 4-3) (-4) Saturday, 6:30, ESPN3 - Clear - 55 at kickoff - Winner not only is bowl eligible but could grab the third and final bowl slot for the Sun Belt.  South Alabama closes against South Carolina and Navy, so if they're going to get to six wins, this becomes a must.  Texas State still has a game at Georgia State, so they've got a great chance to get eligible.  Seven wins, however, makes them even more attractive.  Brandon Bridge is probable for the Jags and that's a boost after missing him against Arkansas State last week.
