Which NFL teams got the best "bang for the buck" from new players? Which got the worst?

How about least valuable acquisition? Um...can you say Matt Flynn.

The National Football Post has put together their annual 2012 "Contract Awards."

For example, Chicago Bears cornerback Tim Jennings (left) was signed to a below market contract, picked off 9 passes, was named NFC Defensive Player of the Month, and is starting in the Pro Bowl. He would qualify for the "Defensive Signing of the Year" award.
