The Texas Longhorns came from behind to defeat the Iowa St. Cyclones, 31-30, on Thursday night in Ames, Iowa, after a controversial ruling.

With just over 1:00 remaining, and Texas trailing, 30-24, the Longhorns' Johnathan Gray was stripped of the football at the Iowa St. 1-yard line by Jeremiah George of the Cyclones, who began running the other way.

The official gave the ball back to Texas, before Gray fumbled again, and recovered himself. One play later, Case McCoy scored with 51 seconds remaining, giving the Longhorns the one point win.

With the win, Texas improved to 3-2, while Iowa St. fell to 1-3.

Below is the play in question:

In his postgame press conference, Iowa St. head coach Paul Rhoads was more than upset.
