The Texas Rangers pulled out Game 2 of the World Series in stunning fashion, scoring 2 runs in the ninth inning to defeat the St. Louis Cardinals 2-1. The Rangers are just the third team to rally from a 1-0 deficit in the ninth inning or later and win a World Series game.

Cardinals Win Game 1 Over Rangers 3-2

The St. Louis Cardinals won Game 1 of the World Series Wednesday night with an exciting 3-2 victory over the Texas Rangers. The play of the game came on a go-ahead pinch-hit single by Allen Craig in the bottom of the 6th. As they've done all postseason, the Cardinals bullpen was called on and delievered in glorious fashion.
