New Orleans Saint Will Smith was arrested for domestic abuse and simple battery in downtown Lafayette on November 27th, 2011. He was booked on misdemeanor charges. District Attorney Mike Harson reportedly will aim to have a grand jury decide whether charges should be filed against the Pro Bowl Defensive End.

A ruling in a Minnesota Court of Appeals today may effect Saints defensive end Will Smith. Smith, along with two former teammates and two Minnesota Vikings, was suspended for 4 games in 2008. The suspensions have been put on hold as an appeal worked its way through the court system.
