Rick Carlisle Gets Ejected After Kicking Ball Into Stands And Hitting A Fan [VIDEO]

Dallas Mavericks head coach Rick Carlisle was ejected from his team's game with the Oklahoma City Thunder on Wednesday night, after kicking a ball into the stands, out of frustration.

While the NBA certainly doesn't want coaches or players throwing, or kicking objects into the stands, and Carlisle was rightfully ejected, it was not something he intended to happen, as you can see him apologize almost immediately.

Mavs Want Rings, Not Bracelets

Every member of the Dallas Mavericks has been open about how much they appreciate their owner Mark Cuban. After his Mavericks won the NBA Finals Sunday night, Cuban claimed that championship rings were done, and they would "take it to the next level." Would their wear championship belts? Bracelets? Dog Tags? While Mark's players respect his creativity, they want rings.

Mavericks Win, Even Series 2-2

Dirk Nowitzki, Tyson Chandler, and the Dallas Mavericks took down the Miami Heat in Game 4 of the NBA Finals, winning 86-83. It was another comeback for the Mavs, who were down by 9 in the 4th quarter. Nowitzki finished with 21 points and 11 rebounds while battling the flu. Tyson Chandler scored 16 and pulled down 13 boards, including 9 on the offensive glass.

Hornets Rest Players, Lose In Dallas

In their regular season finale in Dallas, the Hornets played a solid first half, leading the Mavericks 61-58. The second half was a different story, as New Orleans rested key players and only scored 28 second half points. The result was a dominant 121-89 victory for the Mavericks.
