Phil Mickelson's 25-foot birdie putt on the 18th hole barely lipped out, forcing Lefty to "settle" for an eleven under par 60 in first round action of the Phoenix Open.

Mickelson shot a seven under 29 and made the turn thinking 59 was a possiblity.
