NCAA notice of allegations specifically names Coach Jim Tressel

The NCAA has sent a "notice of allegations" to Ohio State University and has spefically named head coach Jim Tressel as having committed "potentially major violations."

Tressel has already been suspended for the first five games of the 2011 season after admitting that he knew of improper benefits to five players for several months before the payments came to light.
