Cajun Running Back Montrel Carter Injury Update

An MRI on Montrel Carter’s knee confirms the worst.

In a recent interview with the Advertiser, Louisiana Head Coach Mark Hudspeth revealed the redshirt freshman tore two ligaments in his left knee during the game against Lamar on Saturday. The running back will be out for the rest of the season.

Hudspeth said the surgery will likely be done next
