A pair of lawsuits involving former Ragin' Cajun head softball Michael Lotief and the University of Louisiana has been dismissed by a federal judge following settlement.
According to a story posted on KATC.com (which has since been pulled for some reason), former UL Ragin' Cajuns softball coach Michael Lotief is the new owner of the restaurant.
Attorney L. Clayton Burgess is now representing Louisiana Ragin' Cajun softball players. Today, he released a statement on behalf of the softball team, alleging the University possibly violated Title IX.
