Bob Bradley Fired

For many U.S. soccer fans, the announcement yesterday that coach Bob Bradley was dismissed as the U.S. men's coach was no surprise. The news of his firing comes a little more than a month after the U.S.'s 4-2 loss to Mexico in the Gold Cup final.

Mexico Beats U.S. In Gold Cup Final

Mexico rallied from an early 2-0 hole to defeat the U.S. 4-2 in soccer's Gold Cup Final Saturday night in Pasadena. Michael Bradley and Landon Donovan scored early goals for Uncle Sam's team, but Mexico's aggressive attack proved to be too much.
