Les Miles in “It Must Have Been The Shoes”

Scott Van Pelt of espn1420's Scott Van Pelt Show, sent Les Miles some old school Converse Weapons with a note that said, "Now these are some proper kicks right here. I mean-how many wins are these worth? 3 minimum before you eat any grass. I hope all is well in Baton Rouge." Chizik is getting a 1.3 million dollar salary bump.  He'll now have a salary of 3.5 million, which will make him the fourth-highest paid coach in the Southeastern Conference

Les Miles’ sister killed in auto accident

The sister of LSU football coach Les Miles has been killed in an automobile accident.

Ana Hope Browne died at the scene when her Nissan Sentra was struck by a Dodge Ram pickup.  Browne was 54.

The press conference was set-up for Peterson to announce that he is declaring himself eligible for the NFL draft.
