2012 NFL Mock Draft Update

We've completed ten weeks of the 2011 NFL season, as well as 11 weeks of the college football season, so now is a good time for another 2012 NFL mock draft update.

Every team in the NFL has won at least two games, with the exception of the Indianapolis Colts, who are still winless, which makes them the front-runner for the services of Stanford quarterback Andrew Luck.

After that, in terms where, and who, teams will be selecting, it's anybody's guess.

But that's what mock drafts are for.

Indianapolis Colts injured quarterback Peyton Manning said yesterday that if feasible, he would like to play this season. The problem with that is Manning's injured neck has been slow to heal. "Still waiting for the fusion to take place," explained the frustrated 4-time MVP. The more time that passes, the more questions arise about Manning's future in Indianapolis.

Saints Manhandle Colts, 62-7

The New Orleans Saints embarrassed the Indianapolis Colts, 62-7, om Sunday night at the Mercedes- Benz  Superdome.

The Saints jumped out to a 21-0 lead at the end of the first quarter, and never looked back, scoring 13 points in the second quarter, and 14 points in each of the second half quarters.

New Orleans outgained Indianapolis, in terms of total yards, 557-252.

The Saints were led by quarterback Drew Brees, who was 31 of 35, for 325 yards, and five touchdowns, through the air.

With the win, the Saints move to 5-2 on the year, while the Colts remain winless, at 0-7.

Saints Host Colts

The New Orleans Saints will be looking to get back on the win track on Sunday evening, when they play host to the Indianapolis Colts.

The Saints had their four-game win streak snapped last week, when they fell to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, 26-20.

The Saints, who are 4-2 overall, are currently tied with Tampa Bay, for the top spot in the NFC's Southern Division, while the Colts are still winless, at 0-6.

Kick-off time is scheduled for 7:20 pm.
