Cajuns Open Sun Belt Conference Play Against Panthers

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun football team begins Sun Belt Conference play on Saturday, as coach Mark Hudspeth's squad travels to Miami, Florida, to take on the FIU Panthers.

Kick-off is scheduled for 5:05 pm.

Cinderella lives! UALR tops FIU to win Sun Belt Title

They hadn't qualified for the Sun Belt Tournament since 2003.

Even this year, they were 10-20 in the league, 20-32 overall.

Cajuns fall to FIU in season finale 11-8 in ten innings

Louisiana's Ragin' Cajun baseball team is coming home 0-3 in the 2011 Sun Belt Conference baseball tournament.

The Cajuns fell in ten innings to FIU, 11-8, despite a late comeback.

Trailing 8-4 going into the bottom of the eighth, the Cajuns got three runs to get into striking distance
