The Cleveland Cavaliers need to rebuild and they took a step last night by winning the NBA lottery, which will give then the #1 and #4 overall pick. This will be the first time Cleveland has picked first since they took LeBron James.  James signed with Miami during the off season last year.

Hornets improve to 10-1 overall after beating the Cavs. David West scored a season-high 34 points to go with 11 rebounds and 3 blocks.
