The Eastern Conference finals are set as the Chicago Bulls will battle the Miami Heat. The Bulls advanced to their first conference finals since 1998 after slamming the Atlanta Hawks 93-73 last night to win the best-of-seven series 4-2.
Bulls point guard Derrick Rose received his MVP trophy before Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals against the Hawks. Wednesday night at the United Center he played like one, scoring 25 points in an 86-73 Chicago victory to even the series with Atlanta 1-1.
The Atlanta Hawks went on a 15-2 run to turn a four point deficit into a nine point lead and knocked off the Chicago Bulls 103-95 in game one of the Eastern Conference semifinal at the United Center in Chicago.
