The Arkansas St. Red Wolves, following two home wins last week, including one over Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns last Saturday, are now the only unbeaten Sun Belt Conference women's basketball team.

Arkansas St. defeated ULM, 66-43, last Thursday, before downing Louisiana, who was previously unbeaten in conference play, 83-56, on Saturday.

The Red Wolves, who have won four-straight, and 6 of their last 7, are now 10-3, overall, and 4-0 in league play.

Louisiana, who scored a big 65-58 win over Little Rock last Thursday, then fell to Arkansas St. on Saturday, their first conference loss in four games.

The Cajuns, who continue their four-game road trip with games at Georgia Southern and Georgia St. this week, are currently 10-3, overall, and 3-1 in league play.

Troy is currently tied with Louisiana for second place, after road wins over Georgia St. (97-90) and Georgia Southern (81-66) last week.

The Trojans are now 8-5, and 3-1, respectively.

Texas St., who was idle last Thursday, suffered their first conference loss last Saturday, falling to Appalachian St., 90-71, to drop to 7-6, and 2-1.

The Bobcats are tied with UT-Arlington for fourth place.

The Mavericks, who beat Appalachian St., 76-45, is their only game last week, is now 7-6, overall, and 2-1 in conference play.

Meanwhile, the Mountaineers, coming off their 1-1 week, is now 2-2 in conference play, and are are currently tied for sixth place with Little Rock, who rebounded from their loss to Louisiana on Thursday, by beating ULM on Saturday, 56-44, to also improve to 2-2.

Georgia St. and Georgia Southern, who both had winless weeks last both, while South Alabama, who went 1-1, are all currently 1-3 in league play.

ULM, who went 0-2 last week, dropping them to 0-4 in conference play, is now the only league team without a conference win.
