Sun Belt Conference Basketball Schedules Released

The Sun Belt Conference released its 2018-2019 conference schedules today.  The 18-game conference schedule includes home and home series against seven conference opponents and single series, either home or away for four conference opponents.

For Louisiana, the men's single series will be against the Alabama schools (home) and the Texas schools (away).  For the women, it will be just the opposite, as the Cajun women will host the Texas schools while traveling to Alabama.

For the first time, the men and women will have "mirror" scheduling, meaning when the men are at home for two games, the women will be playing on the road against those same opponents, and vice versa.

The Cajun men open and close their conference slate against the Arkansas schools, hosting Arkansas State and Little Rock to open the season and traveling to those schools at the end of the season.  The women will do just the opposite.
