Best Known For: A member of the US women’s national soccer team from 1994 to 2008, Briana Scurry played in more international games (173) than any other women’s goalkeeper. Scurry started for the US team that won the gold medal at the 1996 and 2004 Summer Olympics, as well as the 1999 World Cup.

Jason Isringhausen
Age: 40
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: Jason Isringhausen is a relief pitcher for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. Since debuting in 1995, Isringhausen has played for the New York Mets, Oakland Athletics, St. Louis Cardinals and Tampa Bay Rays. In the mid-1990s, Isringhausen and fellow Mets’ pitching prospects Bill Pulsipher and Paul Wilson were dubbed ‘Generation K.’ Isringhausen has been named to two All-Star teams and was on the Cardinals’ team that won the 2006 World Series. Isringhausen was the National League saves leader in 2004 and has compiled 300 saves during his career.

Profession: NBA Player
Best Known For: An All-Star forward, Antonio McDyess played for the Denver Nuggets, Phoenix Suns, New York Knicks, Detroit Pistons and San Antonio Spurs from 1995 to 2011. He was a member of the US men’s basketball team that won the gold medal at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney.

Profession: Tennis Player
Best Known For: Russian tennis player Vera Zvonareva is among the 20 best women’s tennis players in the world. Ranked as high as No. 2, Zvonareva has won 12 WTA Tour titles since turning pro in 2000. She won the bronze medal in women’s singles at the 2008 Summer Olympics in Beijing.

Kevin Love

Profession: NBA Player
Best Known For: A two-time NBA All-Star forward, Kevin Love of the Minnesota Timberwolves is one of the NBA’s rising stars. In 2010-11, Love won the NBA’s rebounding crown and recorded 53 consecutive games with double figures in points and rebounds — the longest streak since the merger between the ABA and the NBA. In 2012, Love won the NBA Three-Point Shootout at the NBA All-Star Game. In 2007-08, his one year of playing at UCLA, Love was named a Consensus All-American after leading the Bruins to the Final Four. Love was a member of the US men’s national basketball team that won the gold medal at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London. Love’s father, Stan, played professionally from 1971 to 1975, and his uncle, Mike, is the lead singer of the Beach Boys.
