Ahmad Rashad

Profession: Retired NFL Player / Sportscaster
Best Known For: A four-time Pro Bowl wide receiver, Ahmad Rashad played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Buffalo Bills, Seattle Seahawks and Minnesota Vikings from 1972 to 1982. He changed his name from Bobby Moore to Ahmad Rashad when he converted to Islam in 1972. Rashad was a sportscaster with both ABC and NBC Sports. He proposed to his third wife, actress Phylicia Ayers-Allen, live during NBC’s broadcast of a Thanksgiving Day football game in 1985.

Gail Devers
Age: 46
Profession: Retired Olympic Sprinter
Best Known For: A three-time Olympic champion, Gail Devers won gold medals in the 100 meters at the 1992 and 1996 Summer Olympics. She also won gold as a member of the U.S. 4×100 meter relay team in 1996. A five-time World Champion, Devers was elected to the United States Olympic Hall of Fame in 2012.

Kerri Strug
Age: 35
Profession: Retired Olympic Gymnast
Best Known For: A member of the ‘Magnificent Seven,’ gold medal-winning U.S. Olympic gymnastic team in 1996, Kerri Strug completed the vault that allowed her team to win the competition despite suffering an ankle injury that kept her out of the remainder of the Atlanta Games. She was carried to the medals podium by coach Bela Karolyi.

Ryan Howard
Age: 33
Profession: MLB Player
Best Known For: Ryan Howard is the first baseman for the Philadelphia Phillies. He has played for the team since 2004, amassing 300 home runs through 2012. Howard was named the National League Rookie of the Year in 2005 and the N.L. Most Valuable Player in 2006. A three-time All-Star, Howard led the N.L. in home runs in 2006 and 2008 and RBIs in 2006, 2008 and 2009. He was on the Phillies’ team that won the World Series in 2008.
