In 1986, Langer became the first official world’s No. 1-ranked player. At the 1991 Ryder Cup, Langer missed a five-foot putt that would have allowed the European team to retain the trophy. Langer is now a 15-time winner on the Champions Tour.

Best Known For: Jim Thome is the designated hitter for the Baltimore Orioles and one of the top home run hitters in the history of baseball. A five-time All-Star, Thome has also played for the Cleveland Indians, Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago White Sox, Los Angeles Dodgers and Minnesota Twins since debuting in 1991. Thome is currently seventh on the all-time MLB home run list with 611.
