During their five game winning streak, Louisiana's Ragin' Cajuns have had to do something that they couldn't do earlier in the season.

Be tough enough down the stretch to get it done.

After the blowout of Centenary, the Cajuns have won their conference games all by single digits.  In all of those games, the outcome was in doubt in the final 90 seconds.

The Cajuns pulled away late against ULM.  Then it was a five point win over North Texas.  Overtime at South Alabama.  Two free throws with less than a second left to beat UALR.

Tonight the Cajuns did it at the end again.  And the win streak is now at 6.

After struggling from the free throw line for a good part of the night, the Cajuns made 10 in a row over the final 85 seconds, including two by Randell Daigle with six seconds left that broke a 68-all tie.  LaRyan Gary put it away with two more to give Louisiana a 72-68 win over Florida International in Miami Thursday night.
