This guy might not have been the most high-profile high school football player that signed to play college football on national signing day yesterday, but he might be the guy that deserves the most respect.

This is video of Shaquem Griffin, from Lakewood High School, in Pensacola, Florida, intercepting a pass during an All-Star game called the International Bowl on Tuesday night.

What's the big deal you ask? Well, Griffin, who signed with UCF, only has one hand.

Griffin, a 6-foot-1, 183-pound safety, had his left hand surgically removed at the age of 4 due to complications from a rare condition known as Amniotic Band Syndrome.

Good luck Shaquem!
