One Acadiana Boater Dies After Being Found Alive After Search

19 year old Derek Romero, one of the two men rescued off the Louisiana coast has died. Shane Marin of St. Martinville is listed in stable condition in a Lake Charles hospital. The two were reported missing Tuesday evening after they didn't return from a fishing trip.
UPDATE: The two Acadiana men who went boating yesterday, but had not been heard from, have now been find alive.
The Coast Guard found the two Acadiana men clinging onto a boat that was partially capsized.
The boat was found near an oil rig a little more than ten miles off of the Cameron Parish coast.
The Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries is heading up the search for two men who went missing after launching their boat off of Joseph's Harbor yesterday.
KATC says the two men, a 19-year-old from New Iberia and 19-year-old from St. Martinville left in a boat yesterday from near the Rockefeller Wildlife Refuge.
The Cameron Parish Sheriff's Office says neither man has been heard from since.
