Sean Payton Monday Press Conference Following Loss To Redskins

New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton met with media members on Monday morning, one day after his teams’ 47-14 loss to the Washington Redskins at FedExField in Landover, Maryland.

The press conference took place after reports surfaced the Rob Ryan was going to be replaced as defensive coordinator.

Payton said early on in his press conference that those reports were premature.

Later in the day, Payton confirmed the dismissal of Ryan

The loss, the second-straight  for the Saints, dropped them to 4-6 on the season, while the Redskins improved to 4-5.

The Saints, who have a bye week next week, return to action on Sunday, November 29, when they hit the road to take on the Houston Texans.
