I awakened Christmas morning caught up in the spirit of the season and decided someone had to do it. Someone had to prepare Who Dat Nation for the worst-case scenario Monday night at the Georgia Dome.

You know, the dreaded “L-word’’ – LOSE – as in I lose, you lose, he loses, we lose, you lose, they lose.

The possibility does exist that the New Orleans Saints (10-4), the defending champions of American football in the free world, COULD LOSE to the Atlanta Falcons (12-2) when the teams collide at 7:40 p.m. on ESPN’s Monday Night Football.
