The New Orleans Saints have a new long snapper on their roster.



A 14-year veteran, Dorenbos played his college football at UTEP, before signing with the Buffalo Bills as a free agent following the 2003 NFL Draft.

The 37-year old Dorenbos spent two seasons with the Bills (2003-2004), before moving to the Tennessee Titans for the 2005 campaign, as well as part of 2006.

A native of Humble, Texas, Dorenbos then moved to the Philadelphia Eagles, where he spent the past ten-plus seasons (2006-2016), including Pro Bowl season of 2009 and 2014.

The 6-foot, 250-pound Dorenbos signed a three-year, $3.395 million contract extension with the Eagles through 2019 in November of last year, before being placed on injured reserve following surgery for an injured wrist in December.
