The New Orleans Saints placed receiver Joe Morgan on the suspended/reserve list on Tuesday.

The team did not say why the 26-year old Morgan was placed on the list.

After his first stop at Illinois, Morgan finished his collegiate career at Walsh College.

An undrafted free agent in 2011, Morgan signed with the Saints, before suffering a knee injury and being put on injured reserve.

In 2012 Morgan made the Saints' roster, and caught 10 passes for 379 yards, along with three touchdowns.

Prior to the start of the 2013 season Morgan suffered a torn ACL and spent the entire season on injured reserve.

Morgan was a starter on opening week this season against the Falcons but did not catch a pass, and hasn't played since.
