The New Orleans Saints made a few roster moves prior to their 31-21 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

The team placed tight end Coby Fleener on injured reserve and waived second-year cornerback De'Vante Harris.

Fleener suffered a concussion in the Saints' 26-20 loss to the Los Angeles Rams last week, ending his season, after compiling 22 catches for 295 yards and two touchdowns.

An undrafted free agent out of Texas A&M in 2016, Harris saw action in 11 games with the Saints this season, including one start. In 21 career games with the Saints, Harris accumulated 27 tackles.

With the two roster spots, the Saints signed tight end Garrett Griffin and cornerback Arthur Maulet from the practice squad.

The 23-year old Griffin played his college football at Air Force from 2012-2014, finishing his career with 29 catches for 470 yards and 5 touchdowns.

A native of Kenner, New Orleans waived Maulet on Monday, after he appeared on special teams for the Saints in their 34-13 win over the Carolina Panthers on Sunday.

The 22-year old Maulet signed with the Saints as an undrafted free agent following the 2017 NFL Draft.

Maulet played his college football at Memphis, where he compiled 73 tackles, including 57 solo stops, to go along with 7.5 tackles for loss, 4.5 sacks, and two interceptions as a senior in 2016.
