Thearon W. Henderson/Getty Images Sport

Sean Payton’s suspension for his role in the New Orleans Saints bounty program began yesterday and under the terms of the suspension, he can have no contact with the team or it’s employees, or anyone else in the NFL.

Payton must report any conversations to league executive Ray Anderson.

How stringent is this?

According to the report on ESPN.com, even if Payton simply runs into someone by accident, he is not allowed to even say hello without informing the NFL.
