The New Orleans Saints are back in action on Sunday afternoon, when they play host to the defending Super Bowl Champion Denver Broncos in an NFC/AFC match-up.

Kickoff time at the Mercedes-Benz Superdome in New Orleans, La. is scheduled for noon, and you can hear all the play-by-play action on ESPN 1420, as well as 97.3 The Dawg.

The Broncos lead the all-time series between the two franchises, 8-2, and have won the last four meetings, including a 34-14 triumph back in 2012, in the last game between the two franchises.

New Orleans, who defeated the San Francisco 49ers, 41-23, last week, has won four of their last five games, and is 4-4 on the young season, while Denver, fell to the Oakland Raiders, 30-20, will enter the match-up at 6-3.

Offensively, the Saints are averaging 30.3 points-per-game, along with 434.5 total yards, including 326.4 passing yards, and 108.1 rushing yards-per-game.

New Orleans is led by quarterback Drew Brees, who has thrown for 2,689 yards and 21 touchdowns, along with running back Mark Ingram, who has rushed for 497 yards and two touchdowns, and receiver Michael Thomas, who has caught 43 passes for 573 yards and five touchdowns.

The Broncos, offensively, are averaging 23.8 points, 323.3 total yards, 226.6 passing yards, and 96.8 rushing yards a game this season.

Denver is paced by quarterback Trevor Siemian, who has passed for 1,770 yards and 10 touchdowns, along with running back Devontae Booker, who has rushed for 320 yards and two touchdowns, and receiver Emmanuel Sanders, who has compiled 49 receptions for 614 yards and three touchdowns.

Defensively, the Saints are giving up an average of 408.5 yards-per-game, including 300.0 passing yards and 108.5 rushing yards, while the Broncos have allowed 311.9 total yards, including 183.3 passing yards and 128.6 rushing yards.
