Saints Fullback to Return This Season

New Orleans Saints fullback John Kuhn will be designated to return from long-term IR this season, a source has confirmed according to Mike Triplett.

Kuhn was lost during the week in practice leading up to Week 4 with a biceps injury and he returned to practice for the first time Wednesday.

When will Kuhn be eligible to return to the Saints active 53 man roster? He won't be able to return this week but will be available to the team when they open up their Wild Card Playoff match-up the next week.

Getting John Kuhn back in the fold might not seem like a big deal but this is a veteran guy who can be very valuable to a rushing attack with his blocking ability, short yardage prowess, and is solid in pass protection.

There is no better example of a classic John Kuhn pass protect than in this game back in 2013 when he was playing for the Green Bay Packers....
