Saints Address Defense in Third Round
The New Orleans Saints addressed the defensive side of the ball, and made two more good picks, with their third-round selections of Illinois linebacker Martez Willson, and Louisville cornerback Johnny Patrick, on Friday night. Mike Triplett, of the Times-Picayune, has the story, below.

Chris Matthews #13 of the Kentucky Wildcats catches a pass while defended by Johnny Patrick #19 of the Louisville Cardinals during the game at Papa John’s Cardinal Stadium on September 4, 2010 in Louisville, Kentucky.
The classic NFL draft debate is whether to draft for need or value.
For the second night in a row, the New Orleans Saints appeared to do both when they selected Illinois linebacker Martez Wilson with the eighth pick in Round 3 (No. 72 overall).
Later in the third round, the Saints also added Louisville cornerback Johnny Patrick with the 88th pick.
