Roby Cleared To Play

New Orleans Saints  kick returner Courtney Roby has been cleared to play in Monday night's game, against the Atlanta Falcons. Nakia Hogan, of the Times-Picayune, has the story, below.

New Orleans Saints kick returner and special teams standout Courtney Roby was cleared by independent doctors to return to the playing field, Payton said.

Roby missed Sunday's loss after suffering a concussion against the visiting Rams on Dec. 12.

Now that Roby, who was carted off the field at the Superdome and spent a night at Ochsner Hospital, has been cleared by an independent physician, his return to the lineup is in the hands of the Saints' team doctors.
