Former Louisiana Ragin' Cajun pitcher Austin Robichaux flirted with American Association history last night,

Pitching for the Lincoln Salt Dogs in the American Assocation, Robichaux pitched no hit ball for 8.2 innings last night against Cleburne, finishing with a complete game one hitter.  He did not walk a batter, hit two and struck out nine.  Robichaux threw 102 pitches in the gem.

It was Robichaux's third complete game of the season and his second shutout.  The gem was the 14th one hitter in American Association history.  There have only been five solo no hitters.

Robichaux pitched for the Cajuns from 2012-14 and was the team's Friday starter during the Cajuns' 58-10 campaign in 2014.
