The former Louisiana Ragin' Cajuns third baseman got some great news yesterday when his contract with the Lincoln SaltDogs (Ind.) was picked up by the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Robbins continues his hot hitting in the playoff series against Winnipeg, hitting .375 with three homers and five RBI.  The versatile Robbins played six different positions for Lincoln.

Robbins hit 16 homers and drove in 78 runs in his final two seasons as a Cajun.  The slick fielding third baseman was named a first-team All-Sun Belt selection after the 2017 season.
